Know Hunger

 You are slipping back to the old ways. You are eating when you are not even hungry. This has to stop. Reinforce your self discipline. Retrain yourself to only eat when you are hungry. Remind yourself to not eat just because you know it is delicious. Find out what it means to be truly hungry again. It is the only way.
