Not So Typical Monday Morning

Well, everything was typical in the beginning. I drove to work on time, I arrived on time, and I got the dump truck warmed up and ready to go on time. And I drove to the job location. But first, I stopped and bought a cup of coffee. At first, I wanted to go into Burger King and get coffee and a breakfast sandwich, in Livingston, Alabama. But, at 7:00 a.m., the doors we're still locked. Despite the fact that the door said that the dining room is open at 5:30 a.m. . I was, of course, upset and disappointed, but just ended up going to the convenience store right next to Burger King and I bought a very crappy tasting cup of coffee and a honey bun.

This all only took about 10 minutes, but at the same time, I was concerned that I would be arriving at the job location late. But, as it turns out, when I arrived at the job location, I was the first one there. Yeah! Seriously! I was surprised. There was quite literally no one at the job location. Just the equipment parked and cold. So, I parked and waited, and waited. Finally, after about an hour, workers and supervisors finally arrived at the location. They tried to start the millings machine, but it would not start. Dead battery.

This is when the not so typical Monday kicks in. I backed up the dump truck to the millings machine, and they connected jumper cables from the batteries of the dump truck to the batteries of the millings machine. After another 30 minutes, it still would not start. So, they had to go buy new batteries for the millings machine. And I waited another 90 minutes to get started. But wait! There's more! They finally got the millings machines started, and we headed out to the road to start milling the road. They milled about 20 feet, and then hit concrete. And it tore up the teeth of the millings machine. And so now, they need to replace the teeth of the millings machine.

But wait! There's more! They have a limited amount of replacement teeth for the milling machine and they do not have the hose needed for the impact wrench, to remove and replace the teeth. So, back to the store. They bought a hose for the impact wrench and started replacing the teeth. Because, when they chewed up that concrete that they did not see, it tore up the teeth on the milling machine. So it had to be done. So now, here I am, waiting for them to replace the teeth on the millings machine, and waiting and waiting. 11:49 a.m. and I am still waiting. It's just one of those days where nothing can go right. I'm not complaining. I get paid by the hour. It is just another one of those not so typical Mondays.

Your Mind Is A Cluttered Mess

It seems that creating notes to help you figure out what to do and how to do it next, isn't enough. Not only do your notes need to be organized, but there needs to be an organized way to do things, inside each note. And so, in order to organize in your head, you have to organize in the notes also.

Explain each step that you take, and the reason why you need to take that step. Give details and descriptions of each step and why it needs to be done. Use bullet lists or numbered lists to organize the note. I will break it down for you. Because your brain is so cluttered when you are at home.

Step 1.

Use the Google Chrome audio catcher extension to capture audio for your blog and videos.

Description:

The Google Chrome audio catcher extension that is on your Google Chrome browser for your desktop computer, can be used to capture and save audio from web pages into an audio file such as .WAV or .MP3. after capturing and saving the audio file, it can be uploaded to a cloud, such as Google drive. And then it can be used in an audio player on your blog, or as the voiceover in a video.

Reason:

Is this really important? Do I really need to give a reason for each step? Okay fine! Websites such as ElevenLabs want to charge money for their voices. I have the money, for right now. But if I continue to pay them monthly to use their services, then I will not have that money anymore. Obviously. And right now, business at work is slow. And I am on a budget, so to speak. And so money is a little bit tight until I can get the online business opportunities rolling.  Step one is a free method. It does not cost me any money. As long as it works well, I will continue using it, as long as it does not consume too much of my time to piece it all together.

So there you go, Stephen. That is how you will create a note for each step. No! Not a separate note for each step. It will be in step, description, reason, format, all the way down the page of the same note.

Getting It Figured Out

It's been a long time coming, but I am finally starting to figure out a system. A method. Let's face it, I do not want to retire as a truck driver. I want to retire as an online marketer, influencer, and content creator.  There has been many trials and many fails, but I believe I finally got a working system. It's all in my head, but I do need to get it written down on paper or digital note.

Have AI help you with writing stories with a moral to the story at the end. These stories can be in long-form video, short form video, and blog posts. You already have the tools on your computer, to make this happen. You only need to create a list of the steps that you take and the tools that you use, to perform each action. AI can also summarize a long story so that it fits well into a short video.  You can also use the summarized story on Facebook posts for your profile and your page. And, of course, post the summarized story on all other social platforms that you are a member of.

Blogging, content creation, and eventually my own website.  I don't think it's too much. I think it's just fine. And it all fits well into my niche. It's just going to take some time to put it all together and create a routine and a system for the blogging and content creation. When I say content creation, I am of course talking about making videos, and the summarized posts on social media. Create a step system as soon as you can. The sooner that you create the step system, the sooner you can get it out of your jumbled head.

Enough Sleep

1/08/2025 8:30 AM

My mind is running 100% now. I imagine it is because I have enough sleep. It could also be a combination of what type of foods I have been eating, and the vitamins I have been taking. I really don't know. I'm not a real doctor. I just pretend to be one in this Journal Entry. You can call me Dr. Feelgood.  Yes, I'm the one they call Dr. Feelgood. But! As always! This is only a temporary feeling. I already know from experience, that this does not last.

I would love this feeling to be permanent, but I do not know how to do that. There has been times in the past that I have eaten all the right foods, exercise, taking all of my vitamins everyday, and slept enough, and I still do not feel as good as I feel today. And so, maybe I should become a doctor, just so that I can understand how it all works. The science. The chemistry. The formula. The algorithm?

Well, whatever it is, and whatever I need to figure out, it certainly is not worth becoming a doctor to do it. I think it is better, if I just explore using Google or ChatGPT, to try to find the answer I am looking for, how to feel this good everyday. Remember, ChatGPT now has voice conversation. This makes it easier than ever to have a conversation with AI, and try to figure out the right combination of sleep, vitamins, exercise, and healthy foods, so that I can feel this good everyday. Although, it is different for each person of the world, so that's going to be very hard to determine.

Unless! I explained in detail, the type of foods I am eating, the vitamins I am taking, how much sleep I'm getting, and how much exercise I am doing, to the AI, so that ChatGPT can use that information to determine exactly what I need to do, to change my lifestyle and the things that I do and eat, so that I can feel this good everyday. Maybe 🤔

11:30 AM
My mental focus has declined. I'm not sure why. But, I need to find out 😐

12:30 AM
I believe that the reason why I think that my mental focus is declining, is because I'm trying to think about too many things at one time. I think I need to just write down my thoughts into my notes, so that I can forget about them, or at least sort them, so that I am not exceeding my mental capacity which I think is the reason why I think that my mental focus is declining. This, of course, is just a hypothesis. A guesstimation. A theory. Because, I honestly do not know why my mental focus is declining. Although, I do know that I am trying to think, study, articulate, too many thoughts at one time.

Free Roam

The city of Tuscaloosa is expanding the Snow Hinton Park. They have added lots of walking paths, benches, and plush green grass. Today, it is ST Bunn's Job to pave those walking paths. The ground is nice and hard, and easily supports the weight of this loaded truck. And so, here I sit, with a full load of asphalt, waiting for my turn to unload into the paver machine, while they pave the new walking paths. I admit that, parked here, in the middle of this expanded park, on the grass, with streets all around, filled with busy traffic, feels like I'm sitting in the spotlight.

There is a Chick-fil-A restaurant very close by. I am very tempted to walk over there and get something for my lunch. Although, I am on the carnivore diet, and I am trying to stay away from carbs. Not only is there chicken breaded, but it also comes in a bun, and the bun is bread too. It seems, I cannot get away from carbs. In fact, the only way I can get away from carbs, is eating at home. Or bringing food from home to work. Meat, fish, butter, cheese. That's it. Variations of that. That is all you get. There is nothing more. Okay, maybe mayonnaise and mustard. But, the carnivore diet is actually very strict. Because there are carbohydrates in almost every fucking food source in the world.

Update: I managed to resist Chick-fil-A. It is actually very easy. They want to know your name at the counter. Why!? They don't need to know my name. There is a ticket number on all the receipts. Just use that. How hard can that be? Other restaurants such as McDonald's and Jack's just use the ticket number on the receipt, and it works flawlessly.  So, maybe Chick-fil-A thinks that putting your name on the ticket is more personal driven, and would make the customer feel more welcomed. No! It doesn't. People know that you're not trying to make friends with them. That concept doesn't work. And it never will.
